Comedian AY Makun Confirms EFCC Invitation, Sets the Record Straight



Popular Nigerian comedian and actor AY Makun has confirmed that he recently received an invitation from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), putting to rest the swirling rumors about his involvement with the anti-graft agency.

The Merry Men star addressed the situation during a live Instagram session, where he assured his fans that he has nothing to hide and is fully cooperating with the authorities.

“It’s true that I got an invitation from the EFCC, and I went there as a law-abiding citizen,” AY revealed. “There’s a lot of speculation flying around, but I just want my fans to know that everything is under control.”
