Otti Urges Overhaul of Energy Strategy, Warns Against Past Mistakes

 

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has called for a comprehensive overhaul of Nigeria’s energy strategy, warning that clinging to outdated approaches could hinder the nation’s economic growth and energy security.

Speaking at a recent energy forum in Umuahia, Otti emphasized the urgent need for a forward-looking energy policy that embraces renewable energy sources, reduces carbon emissions, and prioritizes energy independence.
